How do we look at something when we are always looking through more and more frames, more and more perspectives? Does the context change, or is the context always the same, just broadened? Always capable of broadening? Some things can only be found on the internet. Some things cannot be found on the internet. Some things cannot be found in reality. Some things can only be found in art. What does existence force us to do?

Two halves that don't add up is an installation made in collaboration with artist/writer Starkaður Sigurðarson, and commissioned by the Living Art Museum for their 40th anniversary exhibition Djúpþrýstingur / Pressure of the Deep. Part of the work was subsequently given to the museum's archive.
